portable dvd player

Taking a vacation with children can be a disaster if you don't bring along a portable DVD player to keep them occupied!  The children will have you pulling out your hair if you don't have something to keep their little minds busy.

I always pack a bag of goodies for the kids, but I never hand them out all at the same time.  I also buy new DVD's for them to have on the trip, so they can play them on their portable DVD player to pass the time away.  Sometimes the portable DVD player will even put them to sleep.  Now that's a blessing money just can't buy!

I wonder what parents did on long trips before the portable DVD player was invented?  I can't imagine taking a long trip without our portable DVD player!  Our kids love having their very own portable DVD player that they can operate themselves; it also gives them a sense of responsibility!

If you don't own a portable DVD player, I highly recommend one, especially if you plan on taking any trips this summer.  The portable DVD player will be worth its weight in gold!
