Have you ever thought that if there was a way to entertain your children while taking a family car road trip that the entire experience could go much smoother? My oldest brother has three kids of mixed ages. Needless to say they can get rowdy in the car on trips, and kids only have so long of an attention span. But, he resolved to be able to take family road trips without having to worrying about noisy kids the entire way to their destination. The solution to his woes: a car DVD player. I have seen such car DVD players advertised in commercials for minivans and other cars that are family-friendly, but my brother has a larger sedan that did not come equipped with a car DVD player. He told me that all he did was shop online for deals on car DVD players and was able to easily find the one that he desired for a pretty good price, and he was even able to install it himself without having to pay a technician. Now, he tells me that long car trips are a breeze. Just pop in the kid’s favorite movie and they are all eyes and ears on the car DVD player.
