I Take My Portable DVD Player And Coffee Outside

I like to take really good care of myself and part of doing that means taking some days slowly and full of calming activities. One day a week, I take my portable DVD player and a meticulously made coffee outside for a beautiful morning. It is so nice for me to take the time on myself and enjoy taking a slow pace for a little while. I love watching my favorite movies on my portable DVD player where ever I feel like. Going to the park to watch some of my favorite movies puts a whole different spin on the stories I am enjoying.

I love my portable DVD player and I love to take my most favorite characters with me on location. For instance, if I want to watch a movie that takes place in a garden... I go to a garden. If my son wants to watch a story about animals, then we go to the zoo or to a farm. Watching movies on my portable DVD player has brought a whole new imagination to my life. I could not be more pleased with my smart purchase.

Before my sons were born, my husband and I loved to go on road trips and weekend adventures. However, after the boys came around, we found ourselves stuck at home unless the trips were as short as possible. We did not want to lose out on our adventures forever, so we decided to come up with a way to entertain our three hyper boys. I really good friend of mine told me about buying a portable DVD player online for her kids and now they go on trips all of the time. We decided that buying a portable DVD player would be a great idea for our guys and we went online to look for one.

Within a few minutes of looking online for a portable DVD player, we found a great and high end item at an amazing price. When our new portable DVD player arrived, we immediately began planning a trip to test our new gadget. When we set out on our little test trip and put on the DVD player, the boys were completely entertained and quiet. I could not believe my eyes when we pulled into the picnic area and the boys were still quiet and happy in the back seat.

My sister and her husband just got home from their summer vacation with the kids and she said she don’t think they would have made the 10 hour drive each way without the car DVD player. She said being able to use it was a Godsend and she was so happy that I offered to loan them the car DVD player that I’d recently ordered online to use for our own vacation. I found it for such a great price that I knew it would be a great thing to have even if we didn’t use it strictly for in the car. Once I ordered it and I heard that my sister was traveling 10 hours in the car to Florida with the kids, I asked if she’d like to borrow the car DVD player for the drive. At first she wasn’t sure it would be necessary, but in the end she decided to take it just in case. She said that when they started arguing she got her husband to stop and the set up the car DVD player and turned on a movie. They did that the rest of the trip and she said everything was peaceful.

There is something that I really love about having the power and technology of a portable DVD player in my SUV. I have a newer SUV that I just added to my fleet – which now has two sedans and the SUV. I decided to opt to shop for a new portable DVD player online for it because I plan on using this new car to really do some serious traveling over the months that lie ahead. I was not so sure where to look for the DVD player at first. But then I started poking around online. After only a few minutes I was shocked and pleased to see how many great online stores were selling portable DVD players at some rather impressive prices. Now I have—after taking my time and really looking around for the best bargains—ordered a new portable DVD player for my SUV. I think that it should arrive in the mail in a few days, and then I will be all geared up for the next big road trip that I have planned for the end of the month to the beautiful and serene White Mountains in Northern Arizona!

Shopping For Portable DVD Players Before Road Trip

Taking a summer road trip could be more American then apple pie. At the end of this month, I’m loading up a week’s worth of clothing into the trunk of my car along with camping supplies and hopefully a portable DVD player for a road trip with my friend to Portland, Oregon. This is one of my favorite cities because of the art and creative influence. There are great breweries, unique shops and an overall laid back feel. Not to mention the scenery in the summer is spectacular. It is about a 19-hour drive from where we are now. Between two people that is 9.5 hours of driving a piece. We are not going to stop until we get there so it is safe to assume things are going to get interesting on the way there.

I’ve started shopping for portable DVD players online. If anything is going to make time pass quick when sitting passenger it is watching a movie. Portable DVD players have really come down in price. While I’m at it, new car speakers wouldn’t be a bad idea either.

A Portable DVD Player for the Cabin

Summer time is finally here and it's time to start closing up the house in town so we can head to the cabin the the mountains. We bought the cabin several years ago when the kids were small and it has become a family tradition that we spend the better part of the summer vacationing. It is a three hour trip to the mountains and a couple of years ago I went online and decided to buy a portable DVD player for the trip. It came in handy as the kids would start getting bored after about an hour on the road. Although we don't have a TV in the cabin because we want to spend quality time together, I have found the portable DVD player comes in handy in the cabin as well. Throughout the year we are usually too busy to see the latest movies that come out but with the portable DVD player we buy or rent movies we would have liked to have seen and all settle down in front of the the fireplace pop some popcorn and enjoy the movie as a family. Our portable DVD player has been a good investment for the entire family.

One of my good friends has been obsessed with audio electronics for longer then I have known him. I found this out after first riding in his car and then watching a movie in his living room. He loves bass and hip-hop music. Sitting in the passenger seat of his car with the car subwoofers turned up is an interesting experience. For one the music sounds so much different because his car speakers are able to hit levels I miss with stock components. The rumble of the car subwoofers shake the insides and almost offer a free back massage as the seats vibrate.

I can’t take a lot of bass. My friend understands this and keeps his system at a livable volume but there have been a few times when he turned it so loud I thought the windows might crack. No one can take that much sound for long. When a new album comes out, I go to his car when possible to preview the music because of his audio electronics. It pays nice tribute to all the work that went into the track list.

One of the aspects about my car that has always been lacking has been the audio. I have managed to upgrade many of the components over the last few years and the last big upgrade that I wanted to do were the car speakers. The only reason I had put off doing them for so long was because car speakers are usually expensive to buy.

I was talking to one of my buddies about this a couple weeks ago and he told me that I was all wrong. He said that I could find car speakers for way cheaper if I knew where to look. He then told me about this great online superstore that he uses that had awesome car speakers for unbeatable prices. I was a little skeptical, but I decided to check out the online superstore when I got home that night. Much to my surprise, my friend was completely right. I found the perfect speakers for my car for a price that I could not believe. I ordered all new speakers for my car and had them shipped right to my house.

The new speakers are awesome in my car and I am really enjoying them.

I admit on my commute to work I only listen to music. I know I should probably tune in on the latest news in the world but I can not help myself. I absolutely love music and it helps me get through my commute every morning. I love music because it allows me to get into the right mood for the day. I felt that my car speakers were not doing my music any justice. So to enjoy my commute even more I recently upgraded my audio system in my car by putting in new car speakers. Car speakers seem like a rather small change but I will tell you that my recent upgrade has me “head bopping” in the car more and more everyday. I discovered that my new car speakers enhanced my music experience and introduced me to new beats and rhythms in songs that I have heard hundreds of times. It is almost like I am listening to a whole new song. In all, an upgrade for your car speakers is worth it to all the other music lovers that dread their drive to work and want to relax and listen to so awesome jams.

Taking a Portable DVD Player on My Trip to the Beach

I am planning a trip to the beach with my husband later this month. It is a little over two hours to drive to the beach we're heading to. That can be a long drive, so I'm going to bring the portable DVD player for the ride. I can watch a movie while he drives and the time will go by a lot faster. Then at the hotel, if we want something to do in the evenings after a day at the beach, we can watch movies on the portable DVD player in our room. We usually go out for dinner and then back to the hotel room to change. We might go to the pool after that and then rest in the room until bed time. Having our portable DVD player would be nice so we can watch movies while we are resting before bed. Even with HBO that comes in most rooms, it can be hard to find something good to watch on TV. Then of course, I can watch it on the way home from the beach as well.

Looking for a Deal on New Car DVD Player for Brother’s SUV

With the month of April upon us in full force, and my brother Andrew’s bachelor party set for in Las Vegas at the end of this month on the final weekend, I have really been thinking about what gift to get for him. Then it hit me the other day: a new car DVD player would really come in handy. You see, we are driving out there from Phoenix in his SUV and I happen to know that he does not have a car DVD player in there as of yet. But after looking around over the past few days online for deals on car DVD players, I have been able to find one that I think would fit the bill perfectly. I called up my brother Doug, who is also driving out there with us to see if he wanted to go in on the car DVD player with me as a bachelor party gift for Andrew. He told me of course, provided we get a good deal on it online. So far I have emailed him a few product links of great car DVD players that I found online. We should be able to order it and have it installed prior to our planned road trip at the end of the month!

Kept Awake on Desert Drive with Car Speakers

My roommate came back from a single day and night in Las Vegas this morning after driving through the desert at 4 am. It is a solid 5-hour drive without traffic, which doesn’t sound like much but after a day of gambling and drinking it is. He won a great amount of money playing poker of all games. I couldn’t believe it. On the high of coming back with pockets full of 100 dollar bills he just went for it through the desert. He said the saving grace were the car speakers and a long list of MP3 songs. I’ve been in similar situations minus the Vegas winnings. Driving gets tough especially at night after a long day. Car speakers are the best way to thwarting highway hypnosis.

I have actually been thinking about replacing my coupe’s car speakers with something with more bass. I don’t have car subwoofers and don’t really want them but it would nice to feel a heavier bass line with new speakers. Online retailers have serious deals on car tech especially now. They want every sale they can get.

My family cannot go on a long drive without portable DVD players on board.

Whether were on a family vacation or I am out on a road trip with my friends, it is imperative that I have access to a couple of portable DVD players. They make any long trip pleasant, especially when you are packed into a car with nothing to do. Plus if you are movie fan like me, it gives you an excuse to pack a few more extra DVD’s for the trip. My family could not settle with just a car DVD player because we always would argue over what we should watch. My little brother Stephen loves Japanese anime and my little sister Sarah only watches horror films; it was my idea to purchase a few portable DVD players for our family vacations. This way Stephen, Sarah, and I could put on some headphones and enjoy whatever we wanted to watch for the duration of the trip. It was a great solution, because of our diverse film tastes, and my desire to watch as many films as I possibly can. It truly made the rest of our family vacations more comfortable, and helped me past the time with something I really enjoy to do.

Brother’s car DVD player will be staple to entertainment on next lengthy road trip!

YAY! For a change I am not the one who has been assigned driving duties on the next big road trip that me and my brother are planning on taking. You see, come the end of this month, we are driving all the way up to the White Mountains to go camping for a four day trip that will just be splendid. However, I did the six hour drive last time and now it is my brother’s turn. He has a really great SUV that has an awesome car DVD player in the back, and I couldn’t be happier. While he is driving and chatting with his wife in the front, you can bet that I will be watching movies on the car DVD player in the back. I have even selected a few great titles to bring along to watch on his car DVD player while we are going up there. Seeing as the drive is about just over six hours, I think that I should be able to watch two or three great movies on his car DVD player before we arrive at our destination; lucky me!

I can remember when the auto maker's were just catching on to the fact the stock radios and car speakers they used as standard equipment were normally the first thing many people jerked out of the car, and replaced with a high performance stereo and quality car speakers. Now many auto maker's offer vehicles with some real kick butt sound systems, but even these can be improved upon. The cheapest and easiest up-grade to do is pull out the factory car speakers and install a good amplifier along with high performance car speakers. The more speakers the better is how I look at it. I also like to add a good equalizer to my auto stereo system to take advantage of this extra high performance the speakers can deliver. It is not that I like to play my music at levels people a mile away can hear. What I like it crystal clear music without any distortion. One other addition I like is adding a good antenna to pull in a strong signal. Put all this together and move up to a new level of music in your ride.

My portable DVD player will come in handy during travels this year!

I have to really thank my older brother Adam for showing me how awesome and truly useful owning a portable DVD player can really be. You see my brother is constantly traveling for business, and generally he finds himself at different airports waiting for hours between flights, not to mention the time that he is on the planes flying to his destinations. He told me that he would normally be pulling his hair out if he did not have a portable DVD player to watch his favorite movies on. Seeing as I have tons of trips planned for this year, I decided to take my older brother’s candid advice and shop online for deals on a portable DVD player for myself. I must exclaim that I was rather surprised at how many great stores there are online that offer some really impressive bargains on portable DVD players these days. I finally was able to purchase my dream car. I flat black goat that was in immaculate condition. I do not know if you have ever owned some vintage American muscle before, but if you have then you know that there is nothing like the sound and feel of a V-8 engine screaming at five thousand RPM, laying down some serious rubber. The only thing that is wrong with the car is the lack of a good stereo system. I have installed many car stereos before and this job would be a little easier because there was more room. I first installed the car speakers in the doors and dash. I then installed the car subwoofers and the amplifier. Then came the deck and car DVD player with a seven inch LCD screen for movies on long trips. I love cruising with the top down, listening to the rumble of the catback exhaust and the sound of my new stereo system. I am truly in heaven. I was able to make all of my purchases online, conveniently with no hassles. Try it!

I Can't Hear the Portable DVD Player Over their Yelling

Last night my husband was watching a sporting event with his friends and they were being so loud that I took the portable DVD player and went outside on the sun porch to watch a movie. I’d been sitting in the kitchen with a cup of my favorite coffee and vanilla creamer, but the guys were so loud that even with the volume turned up on the portable DVD player, I could still hear everything they were saying and they were two rooms away in the living room.

To say that I was a little frustrated would be a huge understatement, but I was just happy that we’d ordered the portable DVD player a few months ago when we found it online for an unbeatable price. We both couldn’t decide if we’d really use it, so we weren’t sure about buying it. In the end, we decided that the price was too good not to buy the portable DVD player so I ordered it. Since that time, I’ve used it countless times. Not only when the guys are watching the game, but also when I’m waiting at the doctor’s office. It’s perfect for little things like that.

Portable DVD Players To Make Traveling Easier

My husband and I are planning a trip to Florida with the kids this summer, so I’ve been looking online at portable DVD players in hopes of ordering one to travel with us. The kids are at that age when they pretty much fight all day long, and I can’t imagine being in a car with them for several days having to listen to them fight and yell at each other. My best friend said that her boys used to do the same thing until someone suggested they invest in portable DVD players and that changed the entire traveling experience.

I figure that anything is worth a try and if I can take a few movies along with us for the ride to play on the portable DVD players, it should keep them entertained, plus they will hopefully sleep part of the way. Before we started considering the DVD players, we’d been talking about doing most of our traveling during the night when the boys would sleep simply because we didn’t want to cope with all the fighting in the car. Now with the help of the portable DVD players, we hopefully won’t have to.

Car Speakers are More Romantic Than You Think

About a week or so ago, I ordered my husband a new pair of car speakers for our car that he’d seen online and really wanted. At the time he showed me the website with the car speakers, I actually pretended that I wasn’t paying attention or wasn’t interested in them, so that he wouldn’t keep talking about them. The fact was, that I’d already saw that he had the page bookmarked and when he wasn’t looking, I was planning on going back to the website so I could order the car speakers for him as a Valentine’s Day gift, and that’s exactly what I did.

I know some people would probably argue that car speakers aren’t exactly what they would consider a romantic gift, and in most cases I would probably agree with that, but I know that it’s something that my husband has really wanted, so I ordered them. After all, why buy him a bottle of cologne just because it’s a little on the romantic side if he really doesn’t need it? I’m going to cook his favorite dinner and dessert, plus give him the speakers. He’ll think it’s the best gift ever.
